  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, bell peppers, black olives, and cilantro.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the sour cream mixture to the bowl of cheese and vegetables. Stir until well combined.

  5. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

  8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
