Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook the marinated chicken for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
