How To Make Not-So-Sweet Baked Ham

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ham
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Place the ham in a roasting pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.

Brush the mustard mixture over the entire surface of the ham.

Bake the ham for 1 hour, basting with the pan juices every 20 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
