Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic head, small, roasted
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, large pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Slice off the top ¼ to ⅓ of a head of garlic.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and roast the garlic in a garlic roaster or wrapped in tin foil for 35 to 45 minutes or until soft.

  4. Allow to cool, then squeeze the garlic out of the head into a small bowl. Mash the roasted garlic using a fork into a puree.

  5. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, Kosher salt, and ground pepper, stir to combine.

  6. Refrigerate in an air-tight container if not using immediately. Enjoy!y
