How To Make Chorizo Queso Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz chorizo, casing removed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cooked chorizo back to the skillet and stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes, until heated through.

Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until melted and well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
