- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
- ¼ cup onion, finely diced
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 cup white American cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1½ tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
