Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
  • ¼ cup onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 cup white American cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Sauté jalapenos and onion in oil until tender.
  2. Pour in half-and-half, white American, and Monterey jack.
  3. Stir and cook over medium heat until evenly melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in cilantro, remove from heat, and serve with whatever you would like!
