Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender. Let cool.

Cut the cooled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl, leaving a thin layer of potato on the skins.

In the mixing bowl, combine the potato flesh with sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and place them back on the baking sheet.
