Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut open the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  5. Transfer the avocado dressing to a serving bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
