How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp and Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.

Sauté the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until tender.

Add the rice and stir for a minute until coated with the oil and vegetables.

Add the chicken broth, shrimp, paprika, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Stir to combine and close the lid.

Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
