How To Make Rye & Pumpkin Seed Crackers

- 1 cup rye flour
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the rye flour, pumpkin seeds, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.

Transfer the crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
