Ingredients

  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the rye flour, pumpkin seeds, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

  5. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.

  6. Transfer the crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
