  • 1 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Pour mixture into a small dish or container and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.

  4. Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, or use as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
