How To Make Flax Seed Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

  5. Cut the dough into cracker shapes or squares and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

  7. Let cool before serving.
