Ingredients
- 1 cup of flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut the dough into cracker shapes or squares and place on a baking sheet.
