- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

In a food processor, blend together the basil leaves and hemp seeds until finely chopped.
