How To Make Flax Seed Muffins Recipe
Delicious and healthy muffins made with flax seeds as the main ingredient.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with liners.

Mix together the ground flax seeds, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with the batter.

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
