How To Make Fruity Christmas Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, sliced almonds, chopped celery, chopped onion, and minced garlic.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the butter mixture over the bread mixture and toss until all the ingredients are well combined.

Mix in the chicken broth, a little at a time, until the stuffing is moist but not overly wet.

Transfer the stuffing to the greased baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
