How To Make Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in cold butter until mixture is pea-sized crumbles.

Stir in mashed sweet potato and buttermilk until a soft dough forms.

Turn out dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
