How To Make Creamed Corn & Bacon
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Crumble into small pieces.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the frozen corn and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the cream has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
