How To Make Sweet Potato Hash Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 eggs
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add sweet potatoes and onion, and cook until potato is soft and onion is translucent.
