  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush salmon fillets with glaze.

  4. Spray grill grates with cooking spray and place salmon skin-side down on grill.

  5. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, brushing with glaze occasionally.

  6. Once cooked through, remove from grill and serve.
