Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skinless
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, to serve
  • Lime wedges and chopped fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

  4. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve with cooked quinoa and the soy-honey-lime glaze.

  6. Garnish with lime wedges and chopped fresh parsley.
