How To Make Bratwurst with Sauerkraut Recipe
A traditional German dish that brings together the flavors of juicy bratwurst and tangy sauerkraut.

Ingredients
- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup beer
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan.

Brush bratwursts with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.

While the bratwursts are cooking, sauté the onion in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent.

Add sauerkraut to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the beer and stir until well combined.
