How To Make Blueberry Lemon Easter Bread Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
