How To Make Lemon Poppy Seed Easter Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk together.
