How To Make Honeyed Peach & Pistachio Pavlova

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract, and continue beating until glossy and stiff.

Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle or individual nests.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.

In the meantime, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced peaches and honey. Cook for 5 minutes or until peaches are soft and honey has caramelized slightly.

Remove the pavlova from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Top with the honeyed peaches and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
