This savory and rich quiche is filled with spicy andouille sausage and healthy spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • ½(diced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and half and half.

  4. Add in the spinach, andouille sausage, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust, and bake for 30-35 minutes until the quiche is set.

  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
