How To Make Andouille Sausage and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken breasts filled with spicy Andouille sausage and mushrooms. A perfect dinner for four!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz Andouille sausage, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook Andouille sausage until browned.

Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and cook until tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Add sausage and mushroom mixture to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the sausage and mushroom mixture.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and bake for 35-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
