How To Make Andouille Sausage and Grits Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked grits
- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet, cook Andouille sausage until browned and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté green bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened.

Mix together cooked grits, sausage, sautéed vegetables, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and beaten eggs. Add to grits mixture.

Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
