Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and spread them out in a single layer.

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.

  4. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.

  5. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove any excess oil.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
