How To Make Sticky Marmalade Ham

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg ham
  • 1 cup marmalade
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the ham on a roasting pan.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade, brown sugar, mustard, and ground cloves over low heat until melted and combined.

  4. Pour half of the marmalade mixture over the ham, spreading it evenly.

  5. Roast the ham in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting with the remaining marmalade mixture every 20 minutes.

  6. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve the sticky marmalade ham hot with the pan juices.
