  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, orange marmalade, vanilla extract, and orange zest until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
