How To Make Sausage & Maple Swede Traybake

Ingredients

  • 8 sausages
  • 1 medium swede, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. In a large baking tray, add the sausages, swede cubes, maple syrup, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the tray and place it in the preheated oven.

  4. Roast for 40 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the swede is tender, flipping halfway through.

  5. Serve the sausage and maple swede traybake hot and enjoy!
