How To Make Sweet Chilli Bangers & Mash
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 pork sausages
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prick the sausages with a fork and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

Add the butter and milk to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a small saucepan, heat the sweet chili sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

Serve the sausages on top of the mashed potatoes and drizzle with the sweet chili sauce.
