Sausages with Pesto Mash Recipe

How To Make Sausages with Pesto Mash

Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the sausages on the sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

  3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth. Add the pesto, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  4. Serve the sausages on top of the pesto mash and enjoy!
