How To Make Sausages with Fruity Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup of diced apple
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan.

Grill the sausages until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced pineapple, and diced apple.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until well coated.

Serve the grilled sausages with the fruity coleslaw on the side.
