  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme.

  4. Rub the seasonings into the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
