Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Place the pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.

  5. Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
