How To Make Ground Pork and Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and translucent.

  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking up any large chunks with a spoon.

  3. Add chicken broth, kale, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
