Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: grated cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the canned beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro if desired.
