How To Make Creamy Mustard Pork

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add both mustards and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the creamy mustard pork chops hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
