How To Make Barbecued Sticky Chinese Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five spice powder.

  3. Brush the sauce on both sides of the pork chops.

  4. Grill the pork chops for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

  5. Brush with more sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
