How To Make Mini Creamy Mushroom Pies

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package store-bought mini pie crusts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until mushrooms are browned and any liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes.

Remove skillet from heat and stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out the mini pie crusts and place them in a greased muffin tin, pressing them against the edges.

Spoon mushroom filling into each mini pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
