How To Make Crock-Pot Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are slightly browned.

  5. Transfer the mushrooms to a Crock-Pot.

  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

  7. Serve hot as an appetizer.
