How To Make Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add marinara sauce to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve the meatballs with spaghetti or on a crusty roll for a delicious meatball sandwich.
