Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.

  5. Serve the meatballs with spaghetti or on a crusty roll for a delicious meatball sandwich.
