How To Make Cheese & Chorizo Skewers

Ingredients
- 8 slices of chorizo or prosciutto
- 8 cubes of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.

Wrap each cube of cheddar cheese with a slice of chorizo or prosciutto.

Thread the skewers, alternating between the cheese and chorizo/prosciutto.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and smoked paprika.

Brush the skewers with the paprika oil mixture.

Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese has melted and the chorizo/prosciutto is crispy.

Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
