How To Make Turkey & spring onion wraps

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, avocado
