Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, avocado

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.

  4. Spread a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture onto each tortilla.

  5. Divide the cooked turkey slices and sliced spring onions among the tortillas.

  6. Add any desired toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.

  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
