How To Make Turkey, Pea Guacamole & Radish Wrap
Diehard avocado aficionados are no strangers to guacamole recipes — and neither should you! Guacamole’s versatility allows you to pair it with a multitude of other dishes. When it comes to guacamole, you’ve got the freedom to go wild and creative.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mash the thawed peas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.

In another bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice until creamy. Stir in the mashed peas, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, and pepper.

Lay out the tortilla wraps and divide the turkey slices evenly among them.

Spread a generous amount of pea guacamole over the turkey.

Top with sliced radishes.

Roll up the wraps tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

Slice each wrap in half and serve.
