How To Make Spiced Indian Potato Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions

In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and green chilies.

Saute until onions turn translucent.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add mashed potatoes and garam masala. Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Warm the tortillas and place a portion of the potato mixture in the center of each tortilla.

Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the wraps until they turn golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney or yogurt dip.
