How To Make Egg Roll Wrappers

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 egg
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and egg.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out each portion of dough into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

Cut the rolled dough into square wrappers of your desired size.

Repeat with the remaining portions of dough.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Place one wrapper at a time on the skillet and cook for about 15-20 seconds on each side until lightly browned.
