  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut each bacon slice into thirds.

  3. Wrap each cocktail sausage with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and chili powder.

  6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the wrapped sausages evenly.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and browned.
