Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 head lettuce, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onions, and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.

Add the lettuce to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the lettuce and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring the lettuce is evenly coated.

Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
